Sept. 11th, 2010Mr. Madison attends “Children’s First Day” at Eastern Mennonite University, then is swept off by the joys of the JMU football victory back oncampus. Mr. Madison, for a day’s entirety, mingles and speaks to and with JMU students and faculty as he walks about the campus grounds. He was filmed at the Forbes Center for the Performing Arts this day as well.

From 11am – 3pm, Mr. Madison walked both in the downtown Juneau and in the Douglas Island Fourth of July Parades. This year he walked with Theatre at Latitude 58 and Juneau Urgent Care.

Oct. 13th, 2012Mr. Madison visits his home, Montpelier, for an all day interpretation excursion for The Boy Scouts of America.From 9am – 1pm, Mr. Madison was invited to travel to Montpelier (a first official interpretation for James Madison’s Montpelier) to celebrate the Boy Scouts of America for their Stonewall Jackson Area Council Camporee 2012 . The theme was the bicentennial of the War of 1812, and Madison presented the flag, gave a formal speech on the Montpelier grounds, then mingled with over 500 boys and parents for this celebration on the Montpelier grounds.Stonewall Jackson Area Council of Boy Scouts of America
Nov. 7th, 2012Mr. Madison speaks to Theatre Seminar class.Mr. Madison comes into Theatre Senior Seminar class from noon – 2:30pm to discuss his life, complete with a Senior Seminar paper and photos, for class final project. Nov. 26th, 2012Mr. Madison surprises the JMU Young Life club with a guest appearance.At 8pm, Mr. Madison, by popular demand, is asked to appear as a special guest at the Young Life Club seminar session. He speaks to a crowd of about 100, to discuss his life and take questions.
Dec. 4th, 2012Mr. Madison appears at the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.Mr. Madison, for the JMU tree lighting ceremony, mingles and speaks to and with JMU students and faculty as he walks about the campus grounds.

Apr. 30-May 3, 2015 Mr. Madison makes special appearance in theatrical skit showcase, Calico 2.For five days, Mr. Madison both hosted and performed in a theatrical show, in which he did his own skit about interpretation, and announced as emcee.
